You agree that Masters in Silver shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service or termination of your account. * SIGNIFICANT DISCREPANCY (Our Error if any): In the unlikely event of a significant and demonstrable discrepancy between the product you received and the exact specifications ( metal type, weight, major dimensions ) explicitly stated in your original order confirmation and if the MASTERS IN SILVER tag remains fully intact and attached, a return may be considered. Minor variations inherent in handcrafted items are not grounds for return. Notification of such discrepancy must be made within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic and a video evidence while receiving the package and opening it as well. * STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: To uphold the exclusivity and hygiene of our silver creations, the following items are categorically non-returnable under any circumstances other than the extremely limited conditions specified above: * All silver products where the original MASTERS IN SILVER tag has been removed, tampered with, or is no longer securely attached.
